Our story spans the Atlantic, beginning in the streets of Altamura, Puglia, and ending in the bustling streets of Aberdeen, New Jersey. But the true essence of our creativity lies in the heart of our production facility in Caivano (Naples): a global haven for espresso coffee excellence. Driven by an overwhelming passion for coffee production and its vibrant culture, and thanks to the invaluable contributions of experts, we have succeeded in transforming our ideas into reality: from research to production and the launch of our products. Our blends
Our commitment to blending has focused on creating products that best capture the tastes of different Italian cities. These preferences range from an extremely rich and full-bodied cup of coffee to a lighter and more delicate one.
To pursue this ambitious goal, we immersed ourselves in studying the characteristics of different Arabica and Robusta coffee varieties from different regions of Latin America, North Africa, and Asia, meticulously analyzing the aromatic yield obtained by combining the beans to achieve the desired results.
This research has led us to create four unique blends, each characterized by an exclusive combination and subjected to an artisanal roasting process that maximizes the organoleptic properties of each variety.
